Refund policy

Please note:

  • We can’t provide refunds on change of mind but are happy to exchange or offer a store credit within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • To be eligible for this, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs (with tracking) to be paid by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that are not clothing or shoes. This includes, but is not limited to, the following items:

  • Nail polish
  • Books
  • Gift cards
  • Soft toys
  • Socks
  • Cards
